There are some names which never get a tanwin, in Arabic we called it  الْمَمْنُوعُ مِنَ الصَّرْفِ

The rules and the examples

1. Commonly the name of woman has no tanween, for example:


آمِنَةُ

زَيْنَبُ

فَاطِمَةُ

مَرْيَمُ

عَائِشَةُ

خَدِيْجَةُ

صّفِيَّةُ

رُقَيَّةُ


2. Generally the name of a man has tanween, for examples:


مُحَمَّدٌ

خَالِدٌ

حَامِدٌ

يَاسِرٌ

عَمَّارٌ

سَعِيْدٌ

عَلِيٌّ

عَبَّاسٌ
