2. اسمِ اللَّهِ = the name of Allah

اسمِ : mudaf (مضاف), genitive singular masculine noun.

اللَّهِ : mudaf ilaih (مضاف إليه).

So the meaning of  بِسْمِ اللَّهِ : "In the name of Allah"

3. رَحْمَانُ : the Most Gracious

رَحْمَانُ is adjective that modify the word before.

In Arabic, it is called نعت (na't) or صفة (sifah), whereas a noun that is modified by na't is called منعوت (man'ut) or موصوف (mawsuf).

There is an agreement between na't and man'ut in the terms of cases, definiteness, gender, number. (Review the lesson here: na't and man'ut)

Let's observe the na't and man'ut

- man'ut : اللَّهِ => genitive (majrur), definite (ma'rifah), masculine (mudhakkar), and singular (mufrad)

- na't: الرَّحْمَانِ => genitive (majrur), definite (ma'rifah), masculine (mudhakkar), and singular (mufrad)

4. رَحِيْمٌ : the Most Merciful

In this context, رَحِيْمٌ is also acted as adjective or na't.

Therefore it has the same explanation as point 3.

Let's observe the na't and man'ut

- man'ut : اللَّهِ => genitive (majrur), definite (ma'rifah), masculine (mudhakkar), and singular (mufrad)

- na't: الرَّحِيْمِ => genitive (majrur), definite (ma'rifah), masculine (mudhakkar), and singular (mufrad)
