1. اِسْمِيْ أَحْمَدُ, مَا اسْمُكَ؟
a. اسْمٌ means name.
اسْمٌ is mufrad (singular), the plural form of اسْمٌ is أَسْمَاءٌ
b. ي is damir (pronoun) that shows possession for mutakallim (first person).
I (subject for first person) : أَنَا -> my (possessive for first person) : ي
Therefore اِسْمِيْ means my name.
c. مَا is question word (what).
d. كَ is pronoun that shows possession for mukhatab mudhakkar mufrad (second person,masculine, single).
you (subject for second person) : أَنْتَ -> your (possessive adjective for second person) : كَ
So, اِسْمُكَ means your name.
Finally اِسْمِيْ أَحْمَدُ, مَا اسْمُكَ؟ means -> My name is Ahmad, what's your name?
2. اِسْمِيْ عُمَرُ
The explanation is the same as number 1.
اِسْمِيْ عُمَرُ means :> My name is Umar.
3. كَأَنَّكَ سَاكِنٌ جَدِيْدٌ فِي هَذَا الحَيِّ
a. كَأَنَّكَ contains two items, they are كَأَنَّ and كَ
- كَأَنَّ means as if; look like; it seems
- كَ is damir (pronoun) for mutakallim mufrad mudzakkar (first person, singular, masculine) => you
b. سَاكِنٌ means dweller; people living in a particular area; resident.
root verb of سَاكِنٌ is سَكَنَ - يَسْكُنُ (sakana is fi'il madi whereas yaskunu fi'il mudari')
سَكَنَ - يَسْكُنُ فِي meaning : dwell in; live in; reside in; stay in; domicile in.
سَاكِنٌ is mufrad (singular), the plural form of سَاكِنٌ is سَاكِنُوْنَ و سُكَّانٌ (saakinuuna and sukkaanun).
c. جَدِيْدٌ means new.
جَدِيْدٌ is singular, the plural form of جَدِيْدٌ is جُدُدٌ
سَاكِنٌ جَدِيْدٌ means new resident.
d. فِي هَذَا الحَيِّ means in this region.
فِي means in/at.
هَذَا means this.
- حَيٌّ means district; region; neighborhood
So, كَأَنَّكَ سَاكِنٌ جَدِيْدٌ فِي هَذَا الحَيِّ can be translated as It looks as if you are new resident here.
4. نَعَمْ, أَنَا سَاكِنٌ جَدِيْدٌ هُنَا
a. نَعَمْ means yes.
b. أَنَا means I.
c. هُنَا means here.
نَعَمْ, أَنَا سَاكِنٌ جَدِيْدٌ هُنَا => yes, I am new resident here.
5. أَنَا جَارُكَ, هَلْ تَحْتَاجُ إِلَي المُسَاعَدَةِ؟
a. جَارُكَ contains two items, they are جَارُ and كَ
جَارٌ means neighbour (neighbor); person living nearest another.
جَارُكَ means your neighbor.
- الجمع : جِيرةٌ ، و جِيرَانٌ ، و أَجْوَارٌ
(plural form of جَارٌ are جِيرَانٌ , جِيرةٌ , أَجْوَارٌ )
- female form of جَارٌ is جَارَةٌ
b. هَلْ is question word.
c. تَحْتَاجُ إِلَي means need; want; demand.
root verb : اِحْتَاجَ - يَحْتَاجُ إِلَى
d. مُسَاعَدَةٌ means : help; assistance; aid; support.
الجمع : مُسَاعَدَاتٌ
(plural form of مُسَاعَدَةٌ is مُسَاعَدَاتٌ)
- root verb : سَاعَدَ - يُسَاعِدُ
سَاعَدَ - يُسَاعِدُ means aid; assist; help; support.
Finally أَنَا جَارُكَ, هَلْ تَحْتَاجُ إِلَي المُسَاعَدَةِ؟ means :> I'm your neighbor, do you need help?
or we can translate it to :> I'm your neighbor, could I help you?
6. شُكْرًا, جَزَاكَ اللَّهُ خَيْرًا
a. شُكْرًا means thank you.
b. جَزَاكَ اللَّهُ خَيْرًا is Arabic phrase that can be translated to :> May Allah reward you well
7. أَشْتَرَيْتَ ذَلِكَ البَيْتَ أَمِ اسْتَأْجَرْتَهُ ؟
a. أَ is question particle for yes/no question.
b. اِشْتَرَيْتَ means buy; purchase
root verb :> اِشْتَرَى - يَشْتَرِي
c. ذَلِكَ means that
d. بَيْتٌ means house.
e. أَمْ means or, it is used for interrogative sentence.
f. اِسْتَأْجَرْتَ means rent; lease
root verb :> اِسْتَأْجَرَ - يَسْتَأْجِرُ
So, أَشْتَرَيْتَ ذَلِكَ البَيْتَ أَمِ اسْتَأْجَرْتَهُ ؟ means :> Did you buy that house or rent it?
8. أَنَا مُسْتَأْجِرٌ
a. أَنَا means I.
b. مُسْتَأْجِرٌ means person who rent; tenant.
أَنَا مُسْتَأْجِرٌ means :> I'm a tenant or I rent the house.
9. زُرْنِيْ يَا أَخِيْ, إِنْ تَزُرْنِيْ أَزُرْكَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ
a. زُرْنِيْ contains two items زُرْ and ي/نِي
زُرْ is fi'il amr or imperative verb that means visit
نِيْ is pronoun for mutakallim mufrad (1st person singular) acted as object.
زُرْنِيْ means visit me.
b. يَا is harf nidaa' (vocative particle) which means O..
c. أَخِيْ contains two items أَخٌ and ي
أَخٌ means brother, whereas ي is damir (pronoun) for 1st person singular.
So, يَا أَخِي means O my brother.
d. إِنْ means if
e. تَزُرْنِيْ contains two items, they are تَزُورُ and نِي
It means you visit me.
f. أَزُرْكَ contains two items, they are أَزُورُ and كَ
It means I visit you.

زَارَ is fi'il madi, whereas يَزُورُ is fi'il mudari'.
Finally, زُرْنِيْ يَا أَخِيْ, إِنْ تَزُرْنِيْ أَزُرْكَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ means :> Please visit me my brother, if you visit me I will visit you, in shaa Allah.
10. سَأَزُورُكَ وَقْتًا قَرِيْبًا إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ
a. سَأَزُورُكَ contains 3 items سَ, أَزُورُ, and كَ
أَزُورُ means I visit.
سَ indicates future time particle.
كَ is dhamir for 2nd persond masculine singular which means you.
سَأَزُورُكَ means I will visit you.
b. وَقْتٌ means time; period.
c. قَرِيْبٌ means near.
So, سَأَزُورُكَ وَقْتًا قَرِيْبًا إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ means :> I will visit you soon, in shaa Allah.
